Acceptance of Terms By utilizing the services of NYC Limo Service and accessing our website, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. If any part of these terms is disagreeable to you, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Description

NYC Limo Service offers a variety of transportation services, including airport transfers, weddings, corporate events, tours, and more. Specific terms and policies for each service are communicated during the booking process.

2. Reservations and Booking

  • Reservations can be made through phone calls, email, or our online booking platform.
  • All reservations are subject to availability, and NYC Limo Service reserves the right to decline reservation requests.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made as per the terms agreed upon during the booking process.
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified during the reservation.
  • Reservations for services costing under $300 are charged at least 3 days in advance or as agreed upon.
  • Reservations for services costing over $300 are charged at least 14 days in advance or as agreed upon.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • NYC Limo Service reserves the right to apply cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Changes to reservations within 24 hours of the booking time incur a $35 “change fee” in addition to any additional fees due to the changes. Changes are not guaranteed if they affect the schedule of other clients.
  • A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost, including gratuity, will be charged for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for Sedans & SUVs and less than 72 hours for all other vehicles. If a cancellation is notified prior to this time frame, the client is eligible to claim a refund with only a 5% deduction for credit card fees on credit card payments only.

5. Service Fulfillment

  • Our professional chauffeurs will arrive at the specified pickup location with the booked vehicle at the specified time.
  • We track and monitor incoming flights when the flight number is provided.
  • Clients will receive TEXT messages and EMAILS with the chauffeur’s Name and Number.

6. Early Morning and Late Night Pickup

  • Early morning (before 8:00 AM) or late-night (after 10:00 PM) pick-ups incur an additional $20.00 fee.

7. Airport Pick-ups

  • We offer two types of airport pick-ups: Curbside/Express Pick-up (NO FEE) and meet and greet airport pick-up ($25 FEE for Sedan & SUV, $85 for all other vehicles).
  • Wait time charges apply after the allotted grace period (see Wait Time section below).

8. Wait Time

  • Waiting time applies after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet from any location other than the Airport.
  • For Airports, waiting time begins after the first 1/2 Hr of the estimated flight arrival time for Domestic Flights and 45 minutes after the estimated time of arrival of International Flights.
  • Wait time fees apply ($1.5 per minute for Sedan and $2 per minute for SUV & standard hourly charge for all other vehicles) if a client does not meet the chauffeur during the grace period.

9. Mechanical Breakdowns

  • NYC Limo Service is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during the ride but will make up for lost time on a mutually agreed date.

10. Client Responsibility

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle during the rental.
  • The chauffeur may terminate the ride without a refund in cases of blatant indiscretion by the client(s).

11. Winter Road Conditions and Traffic Delays

  • NYC Limo Service is not responsible for ride delays or terminations due to unsafe winter road conditions or traffic delays.

12. Lost Items and Shipping

  • NYC Limo Service is not responsible for articles or bags left behind in the vehicle. Shipping fees may apply for items that need to be shipped within the United States.

13. Vehicle Capacity and Loading

  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating and luggage capacity.
  • A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when a client fails to show at the designated location for a reservation. Clients should call the office to locate the chauffeur instead of arranging alternate transportation immediately.

15. Missed Flights

  • NYC Limo Service is not responsible for missed flights.

16. Vehicle Switching

  • We reserve the right to switch vehicles based on availability without prior notice if the requested vehicle is unavailable or there is a risk of the chauffeur not arriving on time.
